Case Study

Jo

Meet jo

After years of progressive ME/CFS, I’d almost written myself out of the workforce, having been unable to work for eight years. After learning I’m autistic in 2020, I realised I’d been struggling with more than just chronic illness at work. NeuroInclusion Works built my role around me: fully remote, flextime, and practical adjustments as opposed to lip service. Now I bring two decades of financial services experience—and a lot of lived insight—to a team that values what I can do, not how many hours I sit at a desk. Their support hasn’t just let me work again; it’s let me look forward.

For the first time in a long time, I’m looking forward to the future.
