employment programmes

A man and a woman shaking hands

Our Employment Programmes are unique. No one else offers this depth of service, and we’re incredibly proud of it. While often designed for larger organisations, these programmes can be scaled to fit smaller businesses where budget is a key consideration. We can embed individual, fully qualified consultants or a small team directly into your company, offering hands-on support tailored to your needs, for as long as you need it.

For micro businesses needing short-term support, such as recruiting and onboarding a single neurodivergent employee with weekly visits and on-call availability we can offer a three-month tailored engagement. For large organisations, we offer our embedded support model, where we can have people on site with you to assist with integration and transition.

We provide support for sensitive issues, helping both neurodivergent employees and their managers quickly and effectively navigate challenges. We help employees to advocate for their needs in difficult situations, and we help their managers understand anything unexpected and how best to manage performance with neurodivergent people.

We also offer daily, bi-weekly, or weekly touch-base sessions, available one-to-one or in group settings with other neurodivergent employees. These sessions create space to reflect on successes, address areas for improvement, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

For ongoing growth, we deliver regular sessions focused on essential life skills—ranging from emotional resilience to practical tips like preparing healthy lunches. These sessions are designed to help neurodivergent employees continue to grow in capability and confidence. In fact, they’d be valuable for many neurotypical young people just starting out in the workplace, too.

Working for an organisation which has the knowledge and flexibility to find the right job fits and to support their journey has rewards beyond any other job I have done.
