With over 25 years experience in software development and management and ten years of delivering successful inclusion programmes, Adam decided that industry transformation needed to happen faster. He founded NeuroInclusion Works to reflect his experience of the great benefit that neurodiverse people bring to businesses of all sizes.

Laura
Dyslexia
Laura has 25 years experience working alongside autistic and other neurodivergent people across different sectors. Laura's expertise is in supporting people to understand and adjust to the neurodivergent profile to support inclusive environments, through needs assessments, training, coaching and mentoring.

Romeana
ADHD
Romeana is a NeuroInclusion Consultant with a long-standing commitment to supporting neurodivergent individuals. She brings lived experience, warmth, and humour to her work, helping organisations better understand neurodiverse people in practical human ways. Outside of work, Romeana is a mum to two wild and wonderful boys who see her as a walking snack dispenser. When she is not refereeing sibling showdowns, she loves getting out into nature with her children, and getting lost in a good fiction book (preferably with a hot cup of tea and no interruptions).

Kaitlyn
ADHD
Kaitlyn comes from a versatile background; blending experience from both the corporate world and a drama degree. With a creative approach to supporting neurodiverse individuals, she has also worked in the education sector and has lived experience with her and her partner’s own neurodiversity. Kaitlyn is currently studying Person Centred Psychotherapy and Counselling, to deepen her expertise which will qualify her to strengthen our team's mental health and psychology capabilities.

Learning she is autistic at 48 was a lightbulb moment forJo. With 18 years operational and compliance experience in financial services with some of the largest investment companies in the world, her strengths lie in the business side of the team. With a little marketing and social media experience she enjoys the creativity afforded in her very varied role.
