For caregivers
We understand how difficult it can be to know if your loved one is ready for the world of work. And we know how deeply it hurts to see them face rejection or discrimination.

At NeuroInclusion Works, we ensure the people you care about are treated fairly and supported in meaningful, long-term employment.
As a team made up largely of neurodivergent people, we’re not only fully qualified to support your loved one—we also have lived experience. There are things you won’t need to explain, because we just get it.
We’ve built strong partnerships with forward-thinking businesses that recognise the immense value neurodivergent people bring to their teams.
You can reach out to us anytime with your concerns, and we’ll always do our best to find solutions that work for everyone.
Meet 'G'
G’s journey with NeuroInclusion Works began when his family heard about the team through a friend who worked there. At the time, G had a degree in Games Design but was struggling to find a foothold in his chosen field.
After university, G spent over a year unemployed. The only work he could find was agency-based—sorting mail in a civil service role with no room to grow. Despite clear potential, a lack of structured support and meaningful opportunities kept him from progressing into a skilled role.
There were early challenges. One department wasn’t the right fit: high pressure, limited training, and not well matched to G’s strengths. But the NeuroInclusion Works team, including his dedicated consultant, stepped in quickly. They supported G to transition into a more suitable role—one that recognised his abilities and offered a stable, positive environment. That role became a permanent position.
Now, G has settled into work in a way that once felt out of reach.
He stays connected with the NeuroInclusion Works team and continues to support new participants. The impact hasn’t just been professional—his self-confidence, communication, and social skills have developed, and he’s built lasting friendships. He’s even taken up cooking.
