Contract: Permanent

About Us We’re a small, passionate team dedicated to supporting neurodivergent adults into meaningful employment and helping them flourish once they’re there. Our approach blends practical workplace coaching, gentle advocacy, and a deep respect for individual difference. We believe that neuroinclusion isn’t a policy—it’s a practice and an advantage that we live every day.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, people-centred role supporting autistic and otherwise neurodivergent adults in the workplace. You’ll spend each day on site with our trainees, helping them navigate real working environments, build confidence, and develop the skills needed for long-term employment success. Your typical day might include: Supporting a trainee to understand workplace expectations and routines Liaising with employers to ensure trainees are meeting the requirements of the role Providing 1:1 coaching and reflective sessions Observing interactions and helping to translate unspoken workplace norms Reporting progress to the wider team and contributing to support plans Providing training support to technical staff and trainers to understand the needs and working methods of the autistic employees

About You

You’ll have both professional and personal understanding of neurodivergence—especially autism in adulthood. You know how important it is to be patient, curious, and kind, but you also bring and understanding of business needs with professional boundaries, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset.
